What's the difference between Standard, 24 Hours, and 2 Business Day pricing?
These are turnaround time options. Standard is the regular price. 24 Hours means results within 24 hours at a discounted rate. 2 Business Days offers the deepest discount — ideal if you can plan ahead and don't need urgent results.
How does my family member get the scan after I pay?
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation with a booking link. Share this with your family member in Jamaica, or call us directly at (876) 926-2012 and we'll schedule the appointment for them. They just need to bring a valid ID.
How will I receive the results?
Results can be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or picked up in person. As the paying party, you'll receive a copy of the results directly. Typical turnaround is 4–24 hours depending on the service selected.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, PRIME Medical accepts all major health insurance plans including Sagicor, Medecus, Guardian, and Canopy. If your family member has insurance, they may be able to claim reimbursement. Contact us for details.
What if I need to cancel or get a refund?
Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (876) 333-4163 or call (876) 926-2012. Refunds are processed through WiPay within 5–10 business days. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Are emergency scans available?
Yes. For emergency scans, call (876) 823-4492 or WhatsApp us. Emergency services are available outside regular hours on request. Payment can be completed over the phone or online.
